"My husband and I recently changed over to State Farm earlier last month after my husband got a new truck. Rates were definitely reasonable for his ,mine ,and our house also they are super convenient with their location. Then not a week later an older woman hit his new truck( I know just our luck) we went thru the lady’s insurance company since it was her fault. They were taking so long to get back to us(2+ weeks) took me many calls to even get in contact with the other lady’s insurance. So I reached out to Emily who we have been working with. She has been awesome , reliable and very supportive. She had called the lady’s insurance company and was able to advocate for us. She has been amazing with all the support throughout this process. Very happy with switching over knowing that they truly care. My husband is counting down the days now to get his truck fixed. Thanks soo much!"
